A research laboratory dedicated to the theoretical and applied study of Affective Computing, the ethics of Artificial Intelligence, and Responsible AI.

The laboratory's activities include:

• recognition and computational modeling of affective and cognitive states;
• analysis of the ethical implications of intelligent systems;
• development and evaluation of ethical AI applications in contexts such as health, education, and society.

The laboratory's activities are multidisciplinary and are conducted in collaboration with other departments of the University of Perugia and other national and international universities, as well as local companies in the sector.
